Delivery & Returns


Delivery is 3-10 working days, parcels are couriered via The Courier Guy and are tracked and recorded. To effect delivery, the package needs to be signed for, If you refuse or are not available for delivery your item will be returned to the Waist Trainer SA Head office after 3 attempts to contact you.

Please ensure the correct delivery address is used when completing the transaction via www.waisttrainer.co.za or is sent to us via email if you have done a manual order(info@waisttrainer.co.za) we will not reimburse products that have been sent to the wrong address.

Delivery is R99 across South Africa to your door

Missing Parcels

All packages are tracked. This means we can see when it has been signed for and if you have missed it. Missing parcels claims cannot be made until 15 working days has lapsed. If someone else has claimed your parcel pretending to be you this is beyond out control and you will need to be taken up with the couriers, they have procedures readily in place for these type of events. We will assist as much as we possibly can in this regard.

Exchanges are offered provided you follow the terms below in order to process an exchange.

Our products class underwear/shapewear garment which means we do not have to accept returns – we accept exchanges as a gesture of good will as we understand the correct size is not always easy to order online.

Exchange Policy


If you are shipping an item back to us, we advise that you consider using a traceable shipping service. There are numerous options available if you do not have an account with any courier service in South Africa:

· Speed services (Post office)

· Postnet to postnet

· Aramex(Available at your nearest Pick n Pay)

We do not refund any postage costs for exchanges. You will be liable for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges are to be returned within a 30 day period of receiving. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do not return an item that has clearly been worn e.g. Deodorant marks, hairs, forced stretching ripples, dirt, torn packaging. If you do not qualify for an exchange, we will reject your exchange request. No exchanges on underwear garments (compression pants, butt lifters, butt shapers, high waisted butt lifters, padded butt enhancers, thongs etc.)

All items marked as “SALE” on www.waisttrainer.co.za are eligible for returns/exchanges. The purchaser will be liable to the return of the product to our warehouse as well as the delivery fee to send the item back to the purchaser.

FAULTY ITEMS (30 days)

If an item is faulty a replacement will be sent after the product has been received for inspection. Due to these garments being worn everyday and subjected to gym wear, sweating, bending etc. Any faults experienced after 30 days will not be exchanged irrespective of the amount of times the garment has been worn. The exact same item in the exact same size will be returned.

NB: We strongly advise that you do not exercise in the 25 steel bone latex waist trainer, we will not exchange any 25 steel bone latex waist trainers that have been used while exercising.
